Xtra Toppings
Day started very late for me (as usual late night work) my early morning dreams were knocked down by a call from Penguin. Again change in design ah !! . My schedule messed up again so no meeting with NGO people. no breakfast no lunch till 4 and finally after 2 call from client and 1 from my side for long job brief it went all through mails. it was 5 and the rocking music was my fav Bryan Adams on 26 point -all loud . in next 30 min I found myself driving down for AOL class.
I came out with lot of freshness and was ready to inhale all pollution of Delhi crowded road. on the way I was on PVR Saket and just then I realized I need some food and so I was at pizza hut. The boy at order counter gave me warm smile and tried his best to offer me big size pizza with all the xtra (they never defined there xtra yet) topping they have. I had to tell him the hard fact that there is no one with me to play game “whoz-gonna-order”. I have been too generous to join PETA for a few hours and ordered all veggie stuff!!. The order was quite simple with 1 small pizzas & crushed lemon supplemented by water (call it lemonades man.)
Its 10:30 and i can see so many people relaxing and all prepared for weekend followed by Independence Day ..aha see small kids holding tricolor flag in all the possible format .That just reminded me i live in independent country where you see all the @#$ netas fighting for their own financial independence and holding their own country (oops i mean party) flags .
Phone ring!! Its Dr. hey its so nice to hear from her after a week and we ended up after 10 min promising each other to go out for a movie that too all depend on her hospital schedule. Its another promise ..in last 6-7 months and some tons of promise we only went together to Delhi Hat long back.
Good to see mail from Rajani . Good wishes to her husband who is moving to Kargil base camp in 2-3 days. Cheers to our brave soldiers
