Music is something which always fills my life with sounds,Music has been a constant source of strength for me,A friend inseperable,a soulmate always reflecting my moods,the lyrics,the voice,the music…everything has an effect.
Ghazals, a few which are playing today, flowing with the silence of night, sitting next to my laptop and enjoying silence of a darkness……..Hmmm.,nature has its own way of it all,just like smiles and tears,Joy and happiness playing hide and seek in our lifes…
I feel so relaxed these days, with so much of workload and lot more coming in next few days (thank god i just finished Vikram Seth’s new book assignment and my next assignment is upcoming book by Shoba De and Khuswant Singh), When you reduce expectations from self and balance out your relationship with people around it sure helps u,Thankfully i realised it lately.

I am flaoting in the world of music,wouldn want to comeout of it.But I know I have to, got work to do but then I know my lips are singing,sometimes loud and at times silently,I keep smiling to myself while walking towards my destination,for I know the reason of it,I am singing to myself, saying that I am happy.
All my life the only interest,passion or whatever word you can put in was music.Hindi film music,preferably old,and more than anything I love songs which are soulful,where music doesn’t takeover the lyrics, soothing and slow.and where each word brings in beauty to the song.
And i am a die hard fan of Gulzar ji,Javed Akthar,Kaifi Azmi Sahab, Ghulam Ali , ,Hemanth kumar,Kishore Da,Mohd. Rafi, Jagjit Singh, Sahir,Shailendra,….the list seems endless.
