Choose Sensibly
I mostly take stock of the community of people I choose to be around. I don’t spend my time with people who hate their jobs, who only work for the paycheck and sit around waiting for the paycheck and sit around waiting for better a better life to happen to them? If I ever find my self in such situation I know I how to get out of there! I don’t allow myself to be contaminated by that kind of energy. I have group of peers who are all very interested in continuous improvement that I meet with once/twice in month.
For me spending time together is good way to reinforce our values. Guess what? These people tend to hang out with other like –minded people as well, because they know that the people you hang around will affects your overall productivity.
It’s all about being positive and doing productive work.
